A Few Things to Know Before Their Stay 🐾
We want every little guest to enjoy a comfortable, happy holiday with us! To help everything run smoothly, we've put together a few important things to know before their stay.
Arrivals & Collections 🏡
Drop-off and collection are available Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 6pm. We're closed for arrivals and collections on Sundays and bank holidays.
On departure day, pets must be collected by 12 noon unless a later collection has been agreed in advance. Collections after midday may incur an additional day's boarding charge.
A minimum three-day boarding charge applies.
Early collection does not entitle owners to a refund for unused booked days.
Preparing for Their Holiday 🥕
Please provide enough of your pet's usual dry food or pellets for their entire stay. If additional supplies need to be purchased, these will be charged accordingly.
Pets arriving with their own cages or enclosures should also have their usual bedding and necessary accessories provided.
Rabbits must have evidence of appropriate, up-to-date vaccinations before boarding.
Please tell us about any medications, existing health conditions or special care requirements before booking.
Special Dates & Additional Care 📅
Bank holidays incur an additional £1 per pet, per day.
Christmas Day and Boxing Day are charged at double the usual daily rate.
A five-day minimum booking applies during the Christmas period, from 23 December to 2 January.
Medication administration is charged at an additional £1 per pet, per day, subject to the care required and our ability to administer it safely.
Their Health & Wellbeing ❤️
We take great care to provide a safe, comfortable environment for every guest. However, small animals can be particularly sensitive to stress, changes in surroundings and underlying health conditions. Illness or sudden deterioration can occasionally occur without warning, despite appropriate care.
Owners acknowledge these inherent risks when booking. Poodling Paws cannot guarantee against illness or sudden death arising from causes beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Should your pet become unwell, we'll seek appropriate veterinary assistance and contact you or your nominated emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible. Veterinary expenses remain the owner's responsibility, except where the law provides otherwise.
Visiting pets are housed separately from unfamiliar animals, with shared accommodation available only for suitable companions from the same household.
Booking & Payment 💌
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable 14 days before arrival.
Booking dates may be provisionally held for up to 10 working days while we await your deposit and completed booking form.
